Hello Friends.... got a problem, when I click to open the preferences option, I can't access the various configuration tabs in nexus dock... effects, behavior, advanced, etc... I have installed the last version 9.7 beta 2. What can I do to fix it? Thanks a lot.

What happens when you click on them? Nothing? Are you running with large fonts enabled (Adjust Font Size in Vista)? Any possibility of a screenshot displaying the Preferences window?

nothing happened when I did click on the preferences submenus, however, installing the "silent update" that you mentioned on posts below corrected the problem.

Oh boy! I just figured out what was causing this issue, and it is a MAJOR BLUNDER!

As you know, Nexus is a code sub-set of Winstep Xtreme - which means most of the code is shared but occasionally executes different branches via conditional compiling statements.

Turns out that, due to an oversight, Nexus was still running the 35 day Winstep Xtreme expiration check. As a result, after 35 days Nexus would stop responding to clicks on the configuration tab headers.

The reason installing a different version solved it for gilbermzt is because the counter gets reset when running a different build/version number.

New EMERGENCY update coming out. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
