lost my copy of winstep xtreme

I just sent an email to support@winstep.net but I wasn't sure which way is better to reach the site admin. I apologize for sending both an email and forum post. Here's what I put in my email:

Hi, I'm not sure who I should talk too, but I have a problem. My computer had a major problem and it lost all data. I was unable to recover anything. The reason I'm emailing you is because before my computer crashed I had a paid working copy of Winstep Xtreme that I bought from your website several months ago. I can easily prove that I paid for it from your website. I just need to reinstall Winstep Xtreme on my pc, but I don't want to have to pay for it again, considering that I just purchased it not to long ago.

I can provide you with any proof you might need, that I did buy it from your website.

My name is Dan Keating

I purchased it with my MasterCard, ending in (****) numbers visible in the email I sent - expiration 07/2010

I used this email address: dpkeating81@hotmail.com
which as you can see is the same as the email that you're reading right now

If you need ANY other proof, I will happily give it to you.

Please Help

You should have a copy of your original license key by now.

Thank you very much. I'm so used to dealing with mean and rude tech people, but you are a welcomed surprise. I wish more admins were more like you.
