I have been successful in increasing the font size on my Nextstart start menu, as well as the right click on the Nextstart task bar. However, I can't figure out how to do this with the font on the shelf. Anyway to increase my right click font size on the shelf, as well as increase the font size on the labels under the icons in each shelf?

I'm including a screen shot of the difference in font size between the right click menu for Nextstart, and the workshelf.

Thanks!

Ok, this is a problem because WSX is in a transition phase right now. The new UI in WorkShelf (as will be the new UI in NextSTART) is in part simplified by removing all the skinning settings from it.

Those will eventually be moved to a new, stand alone, dedicated application that will be called Winstep Theme Builder, or something like that. Unfortunately work hasn't even started on the later.

What you can do for now is to exit WorkShelf then open the Windows Registry Editor and navigate to the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinSTEP2000\WorkSHELF

Now look for 'ActiveTabFontSize' and 'InactiveTabFontSize' and change the values accordingly. This said, changing settings this way is NOT recommended, as it bypasses all GUI range checks and can even cause WorkShelf to crash on startup.

So there is basically no controls for increasing the text size? That's fine, I don't think I want to mess around in the registry, especially if it may cause issues.
