I repurchased a subscription renewal for Winstep Xtreme through BMT Micro on 8 November.

Although the receipt from BMT Micro said I should have received the product renewal registration information within 48 hours, I've still not received it. So reminders about the expired registration are still popping up, even though I've paid and renewed.

I've sent two emails, but not had a reply, so figured the forum is possibly the best place to resend my request.

Could you please send me the renewal information so I can remove the popups and ensure I have the fully registered version installed?

Hi Sue!

Your license key was sent on November 10th - the email probably got trapped by your spam filter. Not sure why I'm not getting your messages either, but, just in case, I now whitelisted your email address.

Also sent you a copy of the original renewal license key via my personal Gmail account - please let me know if you've received it.
