Opening A Folder from Nexus Dock

Hello,

I am wanting to open my Pictures folder from the Dock, how do I create an item to do so, that it opens my Picture folder in Explorer?

Simplest way is:

Open your Pictures folder in Explorer. Now, using the Explorer address bar, go back to the parent folder. You can now simply drag the 'Pictures' folder to the dock.
