 Post subject: Create Dock From Workshelf Not Working

Vista 32 Using Workshelf 10.210.2

I right-click on a dock and select "Make dock from this tab." It makes the dock, but doesn't create the links. The tab is a regular tab, as defined in the Workshelf contents, so I'm not sure what's happening.

Any ideas?
