When I drag an item from 2nd tab to 1st tab, then it is copied instead of moved.
Like when i drag Administrative Tools from All Programs to the 1st tab, then I see them in both tabs.

Then when I remove Administrative tools from the 2nd tab, it is removed from the 1st too.

Is it not possible to really move menuitems from one tab to the other?

Sorry, but what do you mean by 'tab'? Folder?

If you want to Organize the contents of your All Programs menu, use the included Start Menu Organizer instead.

'All Programs' is special in that the contents of folders belonging to 'All Users' and the current user (such as the Administrative Tools folder and its contents) are merged into a single menu entry.

This is not a NextSTART issue, but how Windows handles the All Programs menu.

Forgot to add: be aware that, like with the Windows Start Menu, when you move items around in the NextSTART 'All Programs' menu you are moving actual folders around. Any changes you make here will be reflected in the Windows Start Menu too, so please use the Winstep Start Menu Organizer instead to re-organize your Windows Start Menu before you do something that cannot be undone.

Note also that it is currently not possible to change the order of the All Programs menu items in the NextSTART menu, if that is what you are trying to achieve. Contents are always sorted alphabetically, folders first.

.....

With 'tab' I meant the windows that open when Nextstart menu popsup. So...Nextstartmenu=1st, All Programs opens
2nd etc.

Ok...thx...I use the Organizer instead ;)
