How can I make my custom built pc's fans stop operating when I want it to sleep or hibernate? I'm a first time HTPC builder and everything work great except for the fact I cannot make the PC sleep or hibernate without the fans running at full speed. The hard drive shuts down but the CPU fan runs as fast and noisy as ever.
