Just updated to 10.3 and noticed a big big problem. Once you change something in the preferences for the new version, you automatically loss the blur effect. It says its on, but alas, NOTHING.

Anybody have the same problem?

Anybody know how to fix or am I just going to have to wait until the next update?

What theme are you using? Did you try with a different theme? Also, check the Blur Effect Settings - by default they are at 4% and 15%.

I'm using the leopard theme. I used to be able to make the table black and everything would work fine. Now when I do it, it won't blur.

The blur works with every other color besides black. It's weird.

Any help would be great, sort of need it black to go with the rest of the computer.

Because black is the color of drop shadows and drop shadows shouldn't be blurred. Anyway, as I said, you can control that via the Blur Effect settings in the Effects tab of Nexus Preferences.
