My friend's free version of Nexus will not turn on when the computer boots up. It has to be manually started.

It's a on a Vista machine. I've tried for months to figure it out without finding a solution.

A relative had the same problem on XP, but I reinstalled it with the new version and it fixed the problem. Not on the Vista though.

There's a 'sticky' post about it at the top of this forum, blind bat!

Make sure you are running the latest version, click on Exit Nexus and then clear and set again the 'Run Nexus at startup' setting in the Exit confirmation dialog.

Oh, and how quickly people forgot about the 'Startup' folder in the Start Menu!
