I thought this option might be available, but I cannot seem to find it if it is. See below link for screenshot.

I have added a Hotspot-Folder Menu to my quick launch to give me quick access to a lot of items from a menu list. The list (with my resolution) is quite small to read. Is there a way to specify an icon/item size for just this menu?

Sorry, not really, at least not without directly modifying the theme.

The problem is that the bitmaps of some themes do NOT support an automatic icon size change and would look really bad when used with an icon size that not the one intended by the author.

This said, there is a work-around, but it would involve making a copy of that theme, give it a different name, modifying the new theme, and then attaching the new theme to that particular Quick Launch hotspot. Not really recommended at this point, at least not until the new Winstep Skin Manager/Builder is available.
