Hi--

I just wanted to say that I am so happy with and thankful for Nexus Ultimate.

I have been unable to operate without the MS Office 2000 Shortcut Bar for 10 years, I have used it along with MSO versions 2000, 2003, 2007 and 2010 (beta). One of the MS forums recommended the free version of Nexus--I went to your website and was very interested.

Tried it and purchased Ultimate. Am not a fan of docks. The Shelf works exactly like my dear old friend, Shortcut Bar. I had 9 co-existing shortcut bars (now Tabs) with 156 program icons, organized by category. Extra goodie: Shelf Tabs accepted/imported the shortcut icons with no problems--I did not have to lookup anything. Love it!!!

I have said goodbye to my long-time organizer of life, thanks to Nexus.

Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad you liked Nexus Ultimate! :D

This is the first I'm hearing about Nexus Ultimate. Is this different than what is in Nexus with Winstep Xtreme?

Nope. Winstep Xtreme is the top-of-the-cream. Nexus Ultimate is Nexus with multiple docks, sub-docks, and the tabbed Shelf.

Even though Winstep Xtreme is modular, some people felt it was a bit too 'overwhelming' for them, which prompted the creation of the Ultimate edition of Nexus to fill the gap.

Anyway, Windy, this means you haven't been paying attention to the Beta Forums section.

Ah, my apologies. I was under the impression you were a registered Winstep Xtreme user...

In that case, go check out THIS page.

I am. I've done a couple of System Recovery's since having Xtreme. Did I not do something when reinstalling the program? I thought that I re-registered it correctly but I guess I didn't.

BTW, I sent you a PM a couple of weeks ago but I figured you were too busy to address it.

I did manage to screw up by forgetting to save the settings I had and accidentally changed something and lost it. Now I can't get it back to how I configured it before as detailed in my PM.

The email address used in the forums did not match the email address you used to register Winstep Xtreme. Anyway, you should be able to access the beta forums now.

As for the PM, my apologies. I'll try to reply as soon as possible, been quite overwhelmed these last couple of weeks, as you noticed, and support suffered a little bit.

Thanks, Jorge. I just posted some things in the Beta Forum that should interest you and others.
