 Post subject: Not saving settings for "do not flip background for docks.."

Hi,

i installed free version of nexus dock 10.4 and configured it as i wish. But i see a small problem that i want to report.

I have positioned the dock on the top of the screen and i in preferences i check (enable) this option: "do not flip background for docks at the top of the screen". All works fine temporary. After i restart computer, then this option gets unchecked. It looks that nexus dock does not save this change that i did. This option always gets unchecked after system restart. How can i fix this problem?
