I have downloaded Winstep xtreme from download.cnet.com and was installing the same. During installation, the following error message appears (as per attached image file).

Kindly look it in to same and suggest me solution for the same so that i can use this wonderful application.

The only thing that occurs to me is that you need to be logged in as the Admin on your system to install applications.

Whatever it is (and it's the first time I have seen this) it has to do with user rights.
