When creating a new Sub-Dock it seems the only way I can add an item to it is to create the item on the main dock and then drag it to the sub-dock. Once there is an item on the sub-dock I can then right click on the sub-dock and the pop up menu appears and I am able to easily add more items.

It's workable but a tad frustrating. Am I missing something?

I've been working on that, actually, and in the next version the right-click insert menu will popup even if the sub-dock is empty. Sorry.

Sweet! So far it is only a minor annoyance for me because, so far, most of what I put into sub-docks were shortcuts dragged from somewhere else.
