I have just installed the dock and am very pleased with it. The one thing that I am not thrilled with is that the volume of the sound effects is too loud. Is there a way to lower the volume without lowering the master volume of my computer?

Assuming you don't want to turn the sounds off completely, on my XP Ultimate machine with Realtek HD Audio Manager, I have a Volume Control that allows me to set the Speaker (master?) volume, Windows sounds and WS sounds. Sounds levels can be set equal to or lower than the Speaker volume.

And under Vista/Win 7 you can set the sound level on a per-application base.
