Clock with date and time

I have noticed that some of the themes have an analog clock that displays the date and time on it. How can I implement this. I apply the theme and it doesn't display. Do I need to add a command or something to make it work?

Are you running Nexus Ultimate?

If you mean the big widgets on the Desktop, only Winstep Xtreme features them.

I'm talking about an analog clock with date and time overlayed. Is that considered an extreme widget?
