I am using the Dragon theme and I have set up several docks for different types of program.

I notice with many of the themes that a dock can be made with just the weather in it and that it can show 5-day forecast etc. How can this be done? I can only get the simple weather icon, the globe, showing just the temp and nothing else. I can find no settings to make it display more details.


Also, is it possible to add a Vista gadget to a Dock? I have tried with no success.

That's not a dock. That's the *desktop* weather module, available when you are running Winstep Xtreme (i.e.; under Winstep Xtreme each dock/Shelf module also has a larger desktop version).

As I'm currently using the Ultimate version, I'll stop trying then.

There is a button in the About tab of Nexus Ultimate that allows you to upgrade to Winstep Xtreme for a very attractive price, if you're interested.

This said, when you mouse over the weather module in a dock or the Shelf, after a very short delay you should get a 'balloon' tooltip showing a 5 day weather forecast, and more detailed weather conditions. This assumes, of course, that you haven't disabled balloon tooltips in the Misc.Advanced dialog of Nexus Preferences.
