 Post subject: how do i install themes in zip files?

can someone please tell me how to install themes that are zipped? normally i just click to install,and they install automatically,but when i come across a theme in a zip file..i have no clue?????. dont know where to extract the files.

ty for your reply. am fairly new at this. i should have read through thah faqs. once i read it,it was simple..again ty :)
