Does ND support XWD 2.0 skins now? As XWD skin format now is different from previous vers. and isn't .xwd container anymore but just an a folder with ini file and some graphics.

So not to waste time looking for it myself, can you please give the URL to a repository of XWD skins?

Sure, sir: you may find XWD skins on deviantart.com need only to look for a correct version (2.0+). Here'r few: Ossom, Acier, glasswhite.

Also it's said that ND does support RockDock skins but when i'm trying to use RD skin it goes cropped from top and looks deformed. Have a look, please: [image] (skins i tried to use).

Excuse me maybe i should to contact support instead of posting my question on the forums? Just say, please. I suggest to buy an application because i'm looking for its extra features but i should to get an answers on my questions before to pay money.

My apologies, but I've been extremelly busy with the next release and it's impossible to look at all the issues all at once. Also, don't forget that being compatible with the skinning format for 3rd party docks is a 'bonus': the other docks make no attempt at being compatible with the native Nexus skinning format.

The other problem is that none of the developers of the other docks even bothered documenting their own skinning format - most skin authors have to make skins by trial and error, or 'let's try this to see what happens'. This makes it very difficult to be 100% compatible with the skinning format of other docks, as the vast majority of skins work fine except for the odd untested bunch that won't.

Such was the case of the Elegantia docks, which were using a negative 'outside-topmargin' value, causing the dock to crop. The good news is that I changed the code so that using negative values for these fields will now work properly in the next release of Nexus.

Thanks for your answer, sir. I'm going to buy ND as i'm interested in skining abilities of that dock as the best which we currently have. Functionally Windows 7 task bar is the best so far but it doesn't allow customization.
