dock and taskbar menu color syncing and sub-dock questions

I downloaded a skin from wincustomize.com and used the colorize feature to make the menus for the taskbar and start menu red...

however the menus for my dock itself remain the default colors.

I am curious how I sync them up so that when I access the menu from my dock it shows up with the same color config as the start and taskbar menus.

I am also curious if there is a way to use a different theme for sub-docks than that for the primary dock?

As you can see the theme for the dock I am using does not translate well as a sub-dock.

Could you please give us a link to the theme you use so I can see if I can reproduce the issue?

My mistake I actually ended up switching to the Windows 7 Extreme theme. The problem still persists though.
