Hi i have just purchased winstep xtreme can anyone tell me how long it takes to receive my Registration key please thank you.

You should have your license key by now. This said, the receipt does state to "please allow up to 48 hours for the key to be delivered". This is because license keys are personalized and therefore processed manually, and, although they are usually sent within hours or even minutes of purchase, in extreme and very rare cases it might take up to 48 hours.

Even the extreme cases normally won't be a problem as the Winstep Xtreme trial version is fully functional and the license key does not unlock any extra functionality. For the Start Menu Organizer Pro and Nexus Ultimate products, this is obviously a bit more critical, but, then again, as previously stated, license keys are usually issued within minutes or hours of purchase.
