My Computer is 5 years old, so I installed a new drive. I placed the License Key in the main Winstep Folder and Winstep worked for a while, but today I was told my program testing is over and I need to pay for the program. I found the License folder and moved the key, "XtremeBasic.wsxkey" to this folder. I even rebooted the computer, but Winstep tells me I have to register and doesn't except the .wsxkey file. My year expired August 2010. Also I did not like the July 2010 Update and installed the earlier program from August 2009. Must I repay to use this program on another hard disk in the same computer?

I've sent you an email yesterday in response to your request to Winstep support. Did you not receive it?

If not, please look for it in your spam folder and whitelist the Winstep support address if you find it.

Thank you for helping me solve my problem with Winstep. I received your email and everything is working fine now. I like your Version 9.5 better than the one from July 2010. There seems to be a delay at times after I bring up a shelf before I can click and run a program and I get a message that it is not ready. I don't get that with Version 9.5

Is that the only reason why you went back to v9.5? You're missing a TON of new features.

Anyway, like this I didn't even get a chance to troubleshoot your problem.
