As you may remember, I have written several e-mails to you regarding my girlfriends license. Her license stopped working when she installed Winstep Xtreme 10.9.

Figured out what must have happened: as you can imagine, the Winstep support account receives thousands of spam messages per day, and, for some reason (probably my fault when bulk cleaning what the filter doesn't catch) your email address found it's way into the blocked email addresses list.

Found the email you just sent in the spam folder. I do scan the folder from time to time before I clear it, but obviously not close enough to have spotted your other messages (which are now long gone).

Glad you've found the message board and that you re-sent the whole conversation too, as I never did get to read that last email. My apologies, Chrille.

Sent you another confirmation message by email just to make sure you are receiving my messages as well.

Also, someone else seems to be having the same problem as your girlfriend in this thread, it would probably be a good idea to post there your gf's PC specs (including AV suite and other software you might think relevant) to see if we can find a common cause.
