I recently bought and installed Winstep Start Menu Organizer Pro. While it really makes the start menu more easy to handle, it has one irritating flaw: More often than not, one or two of my carefully confugured categories just disappear, or don't appear at all.

Why is this? Is it only possible to have a limited number of categories? And if so, why is that not mentioned in the Help? What is the maximum number of categories allowd?

First time I've heard of this - there isn't a maximum number of categories.

When you say your categories disappear, do you still see them on the Start Menu and they just disappear from the Categories list or...? Can you please provide some specific examples?
