Im a paying customer, I have requested beta access. I have mentioned it in a post, and even sent you a PM.

You still havent approved my beta group access.

You have been online many times since I put in the request.
My email address is the same for my purchase email address, my forum address, and my username.

Why havent you clicked the approve button for my membership? What is so difficult?

Easy, haven't gotten around to it, sorry. There are no private betas available at this time anyway.

I still dont have access though... so instead of accepting me to beta group, you posted that message instead?

Hey, why the attitude?

Currently there are no new betas available (although there will be in a couple of days) and there were more people waiting, each email address needing to be verified against the database of registered users.

Anyway, you (and the other users with pending requests) are allowed access now.

The reason for the attitude was that the reason I bought ultimate was for beta access, whether there is one available or not.

I like to participate in beta discussion and help features develop.

I was told by you some time ago that buying the software would give me beta access, so thats why I bought the program - when I didnt get access I was naturally frustrated.
