My hard drives got destroyed from inside out, so I need to find the key again and for the life of me, none of my emails are finding the original.
But yeah, here is my details:

Done, but this should have been handled via Winstep support because of the email addresses (unless you had tried to contact Winstep before by email and got no reply).

Hehe yep, I did nearly the exact email to support and I got no reply back within 2-3 days.
But thanks very much, can I suggest you lower the junk filter settings?
Seems to be an issue considering I was using GMX and was still filtered :O
