expanding nextstart to two rows

i'm trying to figure out why when i expanded the windows taskbar the nextstart bar did not expand as well. any idea on this would be great. from the screen shot of the nextstart preferences it is still possible to double the nextstart bar. thanks in advance for your help.

Move the mouse pointer around the edge of the NextSTART taskbar (in this case the bottom edge, since your taskbar is at the top of the screen) until the cursor turns into a double arrow, then left click and drag.

ok now that seems to be working. i tried that earlier and it would not drag and expand. thanks for letting know i did have it right, and thanks for the help
