Usually it takes about 3 days for Cnet to update their Winstep listings, so new releases can't be announced on the Winstep web site until they do (although they are made available to existing users via the Winstep Update Manager).
This time Cnet updated their listings in less than 24 hours, which caught us with our pants down.
Anyway, new releases always update the history files, which can be found on the Winstep folder in Program Files. For Nexus Update, the changelog is the following (in relation to v10.9):
