Update keeps failing

Hi
I have version 10.2 of Workshelf and 10.2 of Nexstart on my Desktop, when it checks for updates and starts downloading them, it gets to half way and the update window closes and the program does not end up updating ?

I have the Nexus Ultimate Dock on my Laptop and this updates OK to the latest version 11.2

I have just purchased a new license for the one on my Desktop

Any ideas why this might be happening ?
There is nothing else using my connection when i try the update
I have Avira AntiVir Premium and Spybot Search and Destory installed as well, (if that helps at all)

Other than temporarilly disabling your Anti-Virus and Firewall to see if that is causing the problem, the other thing you can do is download the full version from the Winstep web site and install that *on top*.

You won't lose your settings - provided you don't uninstall the original version.

I endend up downloading the lastest version from the Winstep site, seems to work fine now, thanks :-)
