Can instal or activate or download the extreme basic file received today waht can i do. I allready bought the licence

Replied to you via email a few minutes ago.

Essentially you need to download Winstep Xtreme from the Winstep web site, install it, and have it running on your system before following the instructions to register it on the email with your license key.
