Ive just been working on a new desktop and I am facing a problem that I was not able to solve so far, so yeah, I hope someone can help me here.

This is the desktop I am working on right now


And as you can see in the picture I have a problem with changing the background color of the hotspot. I already changed the icon (the white button) but the background-font stayed black. My question therefore is; can I change the background color of the hotspot to white or even better make it completely transparent (invisible)? How?

Also I'd like to know how to change the color of the modules? I changed it before but I can't find the option anymore.

I'd really appreciate any help.

Oh and I am using Version 11.01 .... I believe.

That background for the hotspot button in the Brisa theme is a bitmap.

Here is what you need to do:

Open NextSTART or WorkShelf Preferences, go to the Themes tab, make sure the Brisa theme is selected, then click 'Open Folder'.

Now, in that folder look for a bitmap named 'Hotspot.png'. Edit the bitmap, give it a white color, save it back, and re-start Xtreme or reload the theme.

Look at the bitmaps on that theme's folder - should be self-evident.
