Does anyone know of a way to have effects (bounce etc.) on the Nexus dock and have the tray icons NOT have any effects?

Can't be done on the free version, sorry.

With Nexus Ultimate you can put the systray on a dedicated dock and then turn mouse over effects off for that dock.
