Hi, I'm new to the forums and Nexus but so far it seems like an awesome dock.
I have a question however and wasn't able to find an answer using the search function.

I'd like the dock to always show the labels to the items I have on it, not just when I mouse over, is there any way to do this?

No, docks by definition do not have labels, otherwise they would not be docks.

Perhaps the Shelf in Nexus Ultimate/Winstep Xtreme would suit you better? A Shelf is like a tabbed dock, and each item in it can have a label.
