Been waiting for reply for over a month about me trying to reinstall winstep extreme after crash,i dont have the email with the key for version 11.6.

As I said in the other thread, just re-sent your license key, so please confirm receiving it (or not, but I think whatever caused the problem in the first place has been fixed already)...

For other people's reference, if you don't get a reply from Winstep support in a reasonable time frame, for whatever reason, always try contacting us via the forums - that works every time.
