Hi
I am new to the Nexus Dock, can someone please explain the Sub-Dock featcher to me. It makes an icon with an arrow in the uper right of the icon but I can seem to do anything with it and can't find any information about Sub-Docks and how and what to do with them.

Thank You
Vinny

Sub-Docks are as same as the normal Docks, the only thing that distinguish them is the fact that they're not visible in the normal use until you click on an item on the main dock to show any Sub-Dock. The features of each sub-Dock ar the same as the Dock's ones.
Their purpose is to make easier the shortcuts management by dividing them in groups (where each dock can be considered as a group) and you can put there some items that belong to that particular cathegory if shortcuts. For example, you could create a sub-dock for putting only the shortcuts of your games, or only your applications, or maybe only some documents you use frequently.

You just have to drag items.
Initially drag the items on the main Dock to activate it, but keep holding the click (so keep dragging), go over the icon that opens a sub-dock and hold the mouse there for a moment; the sub-dock should then appear and you can drag shortcuts on it.
I'm not sure but if you locked Drag&Drop (Dock Preferences > Behaviour > "Lock icons and prevent them from being dragged") it shouldn't allow you to drag any items to the dock and any other sub-dock. Make sure this option is not enabled when dragging items (you can re-unlock them after if you want to).
