So I am having an issue related to sub-docks. I just reinstalled and updated Winstep Nexus Ultimate and am having an issue customizing the spacing of the sub-docks. I am highly anal about organizing my gaming icons and have multiple sub-docks within other sub-docks. One issue I have is that once the sub-dock gets past halfway down my screen, the next sub-dock expands upwards (which I hate).

Here is a picture of my issue.

Notice how much space there is between each sub-dock. That's what I want to fix. But, as far as I know there is no way to fix this issue. I remember in a previous trial version I used last year that I was allowed to adjust the spacing in-between the sub-docks. I cannot figure out how to do this anymore. Was this feature removed or am I just missing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There never was an option to adjust the spacing between sub-docks. I'm not into the habit of removing features either, even if they are seldom used - at most I would just 'bury them' in secondary dialogs. :D

The spacing you see there is a function of the dock background bitmap (theme/skin) you are using, which has a large vertical transparent area.

To understand what is happening here better, set the dock theme/background to a square tile (Dock Properties -> Themes -> Change combo box from Themes to Tiles -> Select one of the square tiles and apply). If you do this, you will notice that there is actually no spacing between sub-docks, it's just the background bitmap itself of the skin you are using that has large transparent areas, thus giving the *illusion* that Nexus is inserting spacing between sub-docks.

I apologize for my confusion and thank you for your help. Doing as you suggested I switched to a smaller theme for the dock and am now not having any issues. Thank you again, both for your help and your fantastic product.
