Whatever my first item is in the taskbar, the icon will blink off and on. Does anybody know why? Thanks.

I've seen this happen before too when the application is too busy to tell NextSTART what icon to use for the taskbar, but I don't recall this being tied to it being the first item on the taskbar or not... Are you sure it's always the first item, Gregory?

No, I guess I can't swear it's always the first item but it's the only one that does it. If that makes any sense.

Try to check which application is usually doing this and let me know please... See if we can find a patern or a reason why.

It's called "DFX" and is found at www.fxsound.com. Maybe it is just this application.
