I don't know if it's possible, but I had a thought as I watched my PC start this morning. What if the 'please wait while Workshelf starts' message that appears on startup was skinned? Like the 'Please wait' you get when WindowBlinds changes themes.

It's nothing big, but it would make it look fancier ;)

Actually that prompt was made as small and unintrusive as possible on purpose. Sorry Jason, I don't see any real need in being able to skin it... :D

... but I've changed it so it now looks 'Vista Aero' like, with a glass border. Did the same to the balloon tooltip in WorkShelf - very nice, if I may say so myself, and blends right in with Vista. :wink:

Ok, I'll show you a screenshot of the new balloon tooltip (the prompt looks about the same, but without the close button and the balloon indicator, of course) - together with bits of a new theme I'm currently making, which happens to fit the balloon style.

Name suggestions for the new theme are welcome, by the way... Winstep Gray? Winstep Glass? :wink:

That is so much better :) It may not be skinnable, but it's more visually appealing to me now.

And I think WinStep Glass is very fitting. Or Crystalline ? "Transmitting light; able to be seen through with clarity". Compliments of WordWeb ;)
