I have been a long time user and love the software. However I just reinstalled windows and winstep. I then used the key file I received in march to register it and all was well. Then just last week I started getting a popup telling me that winstep is a shareware program and My trial is about to run out. It also tells me that my subscription ran out in 2009?????? When I try to re register with the known valid key it tells me "Sorry, your license key is no longer valid for this version. Please renew your subscription." Did my software go retarded or what?I am using the same software I downloaded from the web site.

did you by chance save one or more older keys by accident. when i did my last install of windows i found a old key. could not figure out the prob till i finally thought to look at the date on the saved email.

Nope the key is the valid one from march this year.

Bump. Any help from the Winstep folks here? I sent a email but it must have gone to their spam folder.

Sorry for the late reply. Try the following: uninstall Xtreme, download a new copy from the Winstep web site, install that one, then apply your key.

Please let me know if that worked.
