Post subject:  License Renewal Issue

I renewed by Winstep Extreme Network Edition on the 20th of December when my subscription had expired. I received a new key on the 22nd but the new key appears to be a Single User License:

REGISTRATION RECEIPT & KEY
Winstep Xtreme

****SINGLE USER LICENSE****

I had emailed 'sales@winstep.net' back requesting for a Network Edition license key the same day (22nd December) but have not hear back yet. My guess is because Jorge is on a break because the Holidays but just wanted to make sure I am pursuing the correct avenues to get help.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

I have still not received any correspondence from sales@winstep.net.

Jorge can you possibly help me out?

Thanks.

Hey! :)

Don't worry, what matters is the first license you purchased (Home Network), and that one says it's for 5 users.

The beauty of the Home Network version is that the yearly upgrade renewals cost exactly the same as renewals for the single user version ($19.95) - just ignore the text on the renewal emails, Winstep's database knows you're running the Home Network version. :D

Thanks for the response Jorge.

I want to do a /facepalm so bad for not even trying the license key out.

I purchased a Winstep Xtreme Subscription Renewal over 48Hrs. ago via BMT Micro. I still have not received my new license key just emails from BMT saying my order has been processed & billed. Sent email requests to both support@winstep.net & sales@winstep.net. I realize Jorge & Winstep Team are manually processing the renewal subscriptions. But what is the "turn-around-time" for loyal renewal subscribers? Not sure why Jorge does not setup an automated renewal like Stardock. I appreciate anyones help in how I acquire my paid for Registration key. Thanks.

Jimc200, regardless of what jorge claims the turnaround time is up to at least 30 days.

Hi,

Question, does that 30 day turn around period pertain to new purchases also?

Thanks,
netguru

Hi,

Never mind, just received my information in less than the 48 hours stated.

Thanks,
Terry
