In the last two or so months I've noticed that most of the time, I get a constant and very annoying bug where the default Windows taskbar keeps popping up and then being rehidden, all the time.

It only pops up for a fraction of a second, but it happens every 2 or so seconds and is very distracting. On top of that, despite having the new Winstep replacement start menu, I still prefer to use the default one, and whenever I open the default start menu , it only stays open until the next time that the taskbar pops out and gets hidden again, which means unless I unhide the taskbar or close nexus completely, I can't use the default start menu.

Any help would be appreciated.
