I've bought the Nexus Ultimate Home Network the 10/16/2014
I have waiting to be contacted and receiving the software for more than 48 hours.
I need to know what happened with my order and when I will get my software.

I paste the info of my bill to a better research for may problem.

Order Date: 10/16/14

Really is not very professional like mechanism
