This morning I purchased Xtreme ($39.90) thru paypal (Invoice 6721530) and realized that the paypal email address you would use to email me the download instructions and license information has been inactivated. I sent and email immediately to both your sales and technical support folks and have not heard anything back from them.

While I realize that other folks who posted about license issues were in a different situation then me, I am concerned that it took some several days to a week to get there situation corrected. Since I have not heard anything from either of my two emails, I am concerned that I may be in the same boat and am not willing to wait that amount of time to receive your product.

I am requesting that the instructions to download the program and license information be emailed to me at the email address I used to sign up to this forum (<EMAIL ADDRESS DELETED FOR PRIVACY CONCERNS>), if I do not receive the download and license information by end of day tomorrow, I will contact paypal and have the purchase reversed.

I hope you will resolve this issue quickly so I can get on with using your product as I have downloaded the trial and liked it, but on the other hand am not happy with purchasing a product and not receiving it promptly.

While it is probably unnecessary to say this to the product developer based on others who had a problem getting licensing information her is goes "Never mind responding to this post as I have contacted BMT and had them refund my purchase"

Even though it was your mistake to use an inactive email address for your order in the first place, that the trial works for 30 days without any functional limitations even without a license key, and that you have already requested a refund, I have still honored your purchase and sent a copy of the original email with your license key to the correct e-mail address provided by you in the message above (which I have removed from the message for privacy concerns).
