 Post subject: Nexus Ultimate - Have not recieved Registration Pack

Hi,

On 5/27/2015 I placed an order for Nexus Ultimate from BMT Micro, Inc..
BMT Micro promptly sent me an email saying:

Your order has been processed and billed. The Product's Registration information will be sent to you by the developer.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your information.

To date I have not received the registration info or download link.
The 48 hours has definitely expired! It's now 6/3/2015! :roll:

I have sent an Email to both the support@winstep.net link and the sales@winstep.net link with no response.

This is the order information sent from BMT Micro:
Invoice Number: 6716103
Order Date: 5/27/15
Customer Number: 3120342

I'm beginning to think I'll have to contact BMT Micro to cancel the order!

Hi!

Your key was sent in the morning of the very next day. Did you check your spam folder already?

Anyway, I've sent you a copy and also asked BMT Micro to forward it from their side.

Can you please confirm receiving it?

Hi Jorge,
I had previously checked my SPAM folder on my email client (Outlook) and there wasn't anything there.

After reading your reply, I logged on to the MS server and sure enough an email dated 5/28/2015 was in the SPAM folder there! I'm not sure why it wasn't forwarded to the SPAM folder on my email client. There was another email with the same date in the SPAM folder that was forwarded to my email client!

Today I did received BOTH the email from you and one that was forwarded through BMT Micro. They both arrived in my inbox and weren't sent to the SPAM folder! So now I'm not sure what happened.

I don't why I didn't receive a response from either the sales or the support email links inquiring about the missing registration. They were tagged notify on delivery and notify on read. No notifications were received.

It seems you responded quickly when I made the post to the forum. I feel much better about the support of this product as I was beginning to have doubts!
