 Post subject: Disallow dock from displaying on top of applications?

Is it possible to disallow the dock from ever displaying on top of another application(even when I move my mouse to the top center of the screen)?

Try setting the z-order to 'Always on Bottom', then open Preferences (assuming you are running the free version of Nexus), go to the Behavior tab, click the Advanced button, disable 'Pop up dock on mouse over'
