Is there a way to stop the modules from coming to the front when the desktop of a second monitor is clicked?

I have the modules set to background on monitor 1 and it seems to work fine. I launch a program and the modules stay in the background. The problem comes when I click on the 2nd desktop, doing this brings all the modules forward on the first module.

I can't reproduce the problem here (and I have a 3 monitor system).

When you say you click on the 2nd desktop, what do you mean by this? On the desktop itself? On a window on the 2nd desktop? On a Winstep Xtreme item on the 2nd desktop?
