Windows 10 offers a new feature in Task View (virtual desktops)
Whether it was planned or not, the Desktop Modules show in each set of Desktops and I really like that. It makes perfect sense because whether I'm jumping to a Desktop for productivity or another for creative, I still like to have the Clock, Weather Monitor and Recycler on all screens.

It wasn't planned specifically for Windows 10, but it's, let's say, a by-product of how Winstep monitors the position of modules and automatically resets it when needed. This makes all Winstep components automatically 'jump' to the current Virtual Desktop.
