I want my dock to always be fully visible but when I uncheck "Auto-hide after a short delay" it won't save it.
After I hit apply or ok the check mark is still there.

Already replied to you by email, but for the benefit of others I am confirming this as a bug, one which I've already fixed for next release thanks to this report.

However, note that this not apply to docks but to the *Shelf only*. Users can work around this bug by right clicking the Shelf's left mini-tab and enabling or disabling auto-hide from there.

Can you add tabs to docks? because you cant create a new shelf from the main menu, just docks. I used to use object dock and you can create tabs on docks there. I like to use it for launching programs ever since windows wont let you save folders in their own settings ever since win7

Unfortunately for the time being only a single Shelf (tabbed dock) is supported.

Multiple Shelves, plus the ability to dock them vertically, are features high in the to-do list.
