Jorge, If you do, how do you manage auto shutdown for the My Book drives? It's my understanding that they're supposed to be disconnected prior to shutdown. I'd prefer to set and go to bed Back to the regular scheduled broadcasting. Thanks, Mist |

Here they are always on - my system is on 24/24. If you want to shut them down without shutting down the system for some reason, it's always safer to first dismount them via the 'Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media' icon in the system tray. Otherwise a Windows shutdown cleanly flushes all buffers before turning your PC off. |
